Born in 1849,Bristol. Son of Rev. Lord Charles Amelius Hervey and Lady Harriet Charlotte Sophia Ryder.He married Griselda Mary Theophila Campbell.His issue:-

i) Dudley Edward Francis Cyril Hervey(1895-1960) married Ruth Williamson.

ii) Ambrose Colin Campbell Hervey (1899).

iii) Griselda Harriet Violet Finetta Georgina Hervey(1901-?) married Clarence Napier BRUCE, 3rd Baron Aberdare.
